Dennis Allison (Bass), Kevin Taylor (Rhythm Guitar), Ken Carpenter (Drums) and Rob Carpenter (Lead Guitar)

The resultant group after Beats Incorporated changed their name to The Assenders. Rob Carpenter left in 1965 to join The Others, whilst Kevin Taylor moved on to join The Dominoes.
