Johnny Dick was a flashy drummer with eight fingers, having had an accident as a child and lost two fingers which were chopped off with a tomahawk.  "It was difficult to figure out he could hold onto his drum sticks with a thumb and only two fingers fingers, but he did, and he was very good at it" ... roadie Mick Cox said..
