Lenny Ormsby  —  lead guitar in Peter Nelson and The Castaways

Lenny Rangianaua Ormsby was born on September 29th, 1943 and went on to study at Putaruru College.  He was a member of Timaru's HiFi Falcons which morphed in the very successful group, Peter Nelson and The Castaways.  Latterly Lenny joined up with a progressive outfit called Traque in Sydney.  Lenny died in Auckland on January 7th, 2021 at the age of 78
