Paul Gregory — a Christchurch-based musician known for his work with percussion and vocals, performing with local groups Kharamello and Funkdefyed. He was involved in writing and recording his own music within the Christchurch music scene. PW (Paul) Gregory's All Blacks' Football Song appeared in 1956 and was later recorded by the Woolston Brass Band - it was written at the time of the 1956 Springbok tour of New Zealand |

The Man From Taxes was a musical play by Paul Gregory which was released in 1977 featuring an original cast of singers and musicians, and published by Warren Musical Publications. It was presented by the St Joseph's Light Operatic Society under producer Penny Giddens and musical director Veronica Hobby. It was conducted by Richard Ellena. Recordings were made by Robbins Recordings. The LP label incorrectly states the title as "A Man From Taxes" |

Released in 1969 as a souvenir of the 5th National Scout Jamboree (2nd - 12th January), The Eye of The Sun featured Paul Gregory and The Southerners on vocals, with backing by The Silhouettes — Bernard J. McGirr (Rhythm Guitar), John Webb (Lead guitar), Miles "Milo" Reay (Bass guitar), Dave Innes, Roger Williams (Drums) and Peter Goldsmith (Electronic organ). Recordings were made at Robbins Recordings in Springfield Road, Christchurch. Composed by Paul Gregory and arranged was by George E. Crow. |
